Notes: This was the third show in a series of three honoring Buddy Miller as the Hall of Fame and Museum's Artis In Residence for 2010. Previous honorees include Cowboy Jack Clement (2003), Earl Scruggs (2004), Tom T. Hall (2005), Guy Clark (2006), Kris Kristofferson (2007), Jerry Douglas (2008) and Vince Gill (2009). The performances were held in the museum's Ford Theater; in their own words an "acoustically pristine", very intimate 213 seat performance hall. The museum's website has some excellent video taken from the three week run available as a fairly high quality stream. All three events were videotaped for the museum archive. This grand venue was nearly lost in the flooding that hit Nashville this past May. It's nice to have it back up and running. There's an excellent and comprehensive review of the night's performance at the following link: http://www.countrymusichalloffame.org/buddy-miller-artist-in-residence-august-24-201/ From the museum's website: "Each year, the museum invites a noted artist or musician to give a series of performances in the Ford Theater. This artist or musician has a strong connection to country music or has a sense of country music's contribution in general to American culture." These three shows were undoubtedly among the absolute best concerts I've ever had the pleasure of attending and Buddy Miller is without any doubt one of the finest musicians working today. http://www.countrymusichalloffame.org/artist-in-residence/ http://buddymiller.com/ http://jimlauderdale.com/ http://www.shawncolvin.com/ http://www.emmylouharris.com/ Flac Fingerprints: bm2010-08-24d1t01.flac:896b9bf4da05aaa450f3ac556e1c803a bm2010-08-24d1t02.flac:0e78d51ba80aae6fae0912b8481e854b bm2010-08-24d1t03.flac:224c2dc672df1a0a0d9129120f3def6e bm2010-08-24d1t04.flac:42de95445fe734ff850c5bc121b3e321 bm2010-08-24d1t05.flac:ba4b40bbcf08dc3cf8e1b2a67d71adfd bm2010-08-24d1t06.flac:5132eaace99d50c8ecf92cedffd893a5 bm2010-08-24d1t07.flac:36bedfba95545b84cde65f744c93addc bm2010-08-24d1t08.flac:2cabc105d5adce346fd3a0dcfc4990d6 bm2010-08-24d1t09.flac:52c04033dd6d0aebac237fde8ae4db9e bm2010-08-24d1t10.flac:29fc3d29a9640ef5ad19d99f91e13a85 bm2010-08-24d2t01.flac:108f07b1993ca9507b2c2d2acd505587 bm2010-08-24d2t02.flac:7c93ffaf0239a717d330204cdb3107e4 bm2010-08-24d2t03.flac:dac33345c37e02b05ce2bfa31b33c51e bm2010-08-24d2t04.flac:1a7960dcfdaac340ec5a9af8cf2bfab4 bm2010-08-24d2t05.flac:89d6e0c7dda284c562f38bd226a1af50 bm2010-08-24d2t06.flac:46d6f05cdfb326fae640f4718c83c511 bm2010-08-24d2t07.flac:478aaf25f8099c9e7522b9e45157e88f bm2010-08-24d2t08.flac:fd0b62970b26fad64b63e36d76d2f64d bm2010-08-24d2t09.flac:250eef7f3cdc618a9d60c88fe5421329
