This is a fine audience recording, clear and bright, close to the stage, occasionally too loud, and sometimes hard to make out the lyrics.  Joe's Pub is just like that.

Emmylou Harris announces, after I Don't Want To Talk About It Now, that it's the second night at Joe's Pub.  This performance is reviewed here - https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/emmylou-harris-weaves-a-beautiful-spell-in-new-york-190763.  Rolling Stone says that the second night was a Tuesday, which lines up with September 19.  On the other hand, Rolling Stone's setlist doesn't quite match up and the article mis-identifies the drummer as Brian Blade.
