notes:
there are a couple VERY minor pops mostly during shady grove.
smoothed over with the pencil tool in wavlab 5.0, still slightly audible.
clapping between some songs is muffled/"echoey".  sounds as if the taper covered the mics on purpose (between songs/no music is effected)
you can hear the taper adjusting hat/mics for about 5 seconds at the beginning of the second set. 
the gain was lowered between some tracks b/c of very loud clapping.  levels brickwall a time or two b/c of this (between songs/no music is effected)
* drop out between d2t01 and d2t02 cut and a fade was added with wavelab 5.0, very little music is missing.
48 > 44 done with wavelab 5.0
fades added at the beginning and end of sets and before the encore with wavelab 5.0
sector boundary's confirmed with shntool v2.0.3
