Track 4 was the worst example of talking.  It was patched by 1) adding 9 samples to the start of the right channel, 2) copying a segment (about 11.5 seconds near 4:22) of the left channel over the rights channel and dropping the right channel of this section by 1 dB, 3) deleting the extra 9 samples at the start of the file.
