I spoke with Frank briefly before the show.  I asked him if I could
record it from the soundboard and he said (slightly paraphrased): "sure!
just last week I was listening to a show somebody gave me of Jerry Garcia
and me in the sixties and if somebody hadn't allowed that to be recorded
then it wouldn't exist."
