Hot Rize played an afternoon and an evening set at this bluegrass festival in the small mountain town of Manitou Springs near Colorado Springs. All in all, a rare glimpse of vintage Hot Rize! The Reasonable Band was a local Colorado Springs band that at the time featured David Harvey on mandolin and fiddle. Interestingly, David bears a striking resemblance to Elmo Otto.
