Notes: Peter Rowan Opened. The DAT tape started @ a 48 kHz rate and switched to 32 kHz at 1:06 of 
d1tr1 (Blue Night) there is digital noise that I chose not to remove, the levels
before the switchover were considerably lower and were adjusted with Wavelab. 
The file was then normalized to 97%. Discs 1 and 2 are seamless.
