Recording Notes:
The mandolin and drums are barely audible in the mix for the first 1:01 of
the first track.  This is due to a problem with the PA at the show and not
the recording.

Master DAT was transferred to CD via Oade 7-pin/coax and Monster coax cables.
CD was then extracted using Sony Vegas 6.0.  Individual tracks were rendered
as WAVs, then compressed with FLAC Frontend v1.7.1 at level 6.
