Recording Notes:

  The encore may be placed at the end of disc one to fit the show on two discs.

  There is a dropout in Flux at 00:38.  There is a slight audio flutter/tick
  from the board connection in Milestones at its beginning.  There is also
  some HVAC noise from the blowers at the front of the balcony which should
  appear on all recordings of both nights.
