- Because of severe thunderstorms during the day, all music except for Umphrey's McGee's Red Barn show, was canceled for Sunday, May 30, 2004.  They moved what bands could stay to the next day, Monday May 31, 2004.

- Playing order on the Moonshine Stage was Keller Williams, Jazz Mandolin Project, Oteil Burbridge, and moe..  I have uploaded all sets.

- Vinnie Amico and Al Schnier of moe. sat in on several tunes.
