First set I didn't totally fubar.  Still ambient recording and not in front of a speaker, but for this set that's not necessarily a bad thing.  Garrett doesn't coax sounds out of the fiddle that it was never meant to make; the moment you hear him play, you know that's exactly the sound the fiddle was made for. The fiddle just never knew it till he came along. Jeremy is the Jimi Hendrix of the fiddle, no mistake about it.
