I addressed (1) and (2) by re-tracking: I ripped the originals as one waveform per disc using EAC (no errors); normalized the levels and deleted the two-second gaps in the original tracking using Adobe Audition; and re-tracked using CDWav. I addressed (3) by splicing in the middle section of the March 22, 2006 "Nellie Kane" at between (0:35) and (3:57) in the current recording using Adobe Audition and cross-fading for about 1.5 seconds across the edit points.
