This was posted by dclubok (who is no longer a member here, it seems) in Nov. '09.  He opined, "Really great recording considering that it was 1982.  But, it isn't perfect. There's some background noise from the bar: cash registers, chatting, even an alarm of some sort. And, of course, there's the obligatory chatty woman who got bored during the instrumentals. And, of course, there's the idiot from New Jersey with an affected British accent who decided to form a comedy duo with Richard.  But, it's a wonderful show (as all those 1982 shows were) and it's a great listen. So, that's my warning. but, if you're a fan you won't want to skip this one."

I haven't seen this date listed anywhere (e.g., db.etree, Scott Abbot's abandoned site).   Thompson was in the US & Canada during that first week of October and the next, so it is likely the date is accurate.  This is an exact reseed of the Nov. '09 upload.
