Tut Taylor Archive Cassette #118 is labeled "Tut Taylor Jam 22 Feb 92" and features a Tut Taylor bluegrass jam session with unknown others. The song selection is similar to that found on Archive Reel #185 which featured Tut playing with "The Bluegrass Five". "The Bluegrass Five" were formed in 1963 and were tremendously active in the north Georgia bluegrass scene throughout the sixties. However, to date, they still appear to be together and playing festivals. Perhaps tape C118 features, at least in part, some of the members of the 1960s vintage "Bluegrass Five" many years later: J.N. & Onie Baxter, Hughie Wylie, Ron Norman, and Howard McGuire.-- Mitchell Wittenberg SPPS Tut Taylor Archive Cassette #118 Tut Taylor Bluegrass Jam Unknown Location February 22, 1992 Side A (Disc One):1.
