Another mysterie show from the Tony Rice Unit.
The original is included, so you can see that there is no info on the lineage, the exact location or the exact date. But Tony says it's Tokyo and it must be 1985. 

etree lists one show from Japan in 1985 : http://db.etree.org/lookup_show.php?shows_key=104253 from Chiyoda Kokaidou, Tokyo, Japan and 1985-05-07. No info on the setlist but the comments say : with Larry Rice. That must be wrong, it might be the same show as this one but then with Wyatt Rice on second guitar and Jimmy Gaudreau on mandolin.
When I ask etree to show me the owners of the show it says "Bummer. No one with their list here has that show :(...". So here it is. 

It's probably SBD, the sound is good but the bass is too boomy now and then. A nice mixture between the new jazz stuff and the old bluegrass stuff. No fiddle, plenty of room for Tony's guitar. 

I think I received this show from my japanese friend Pitta. I send him a hard disk with music and he send it back with his music. There were quite a few "Japanese" concerts on it. I kept the original shn files and the original md5 file. I just added this extra info file and changed the map's name. 

If someone can solve this mysterie, I would appreciate!
