The master is long gone at this point. (Thanks for copying my tapes Jimmy.) Couldn't find enough dead air or chatter to edit in order to make this all fit on one disc. I had talked to Duffy and Starling between sets and told them about the Dead covering California Earthquake the previous fall. It was fun watching them try to remember all of the words and work it up for the evening show. This was also my lone gig as stage security. This consisted of sleeping on stage at night to "guard" the sound equipment. In return me and a buddy got in free for the whole weekend. Even though it was May it still got down in the 40's at night and I would have probably frozen to death if I wouldn't have bummed the shipping blankets from the light crew that was there for the Ricky Skaggs set on Saturday night...Ahhhh fun times. Oh, and watch out for those fighter jets in the afternoon set............ GK
