(2) Tut Taylor Archive Cassette #045 appears to be a jam session featuring Tut along with several old picking friends from The Bluegrass Five; while it is hard to determine exactly who is in attendance, I suspect that it is Hughie Wylie on mandolin and Onie Baxter (and perhaps her husband, J.N. Baxter) on vocals. Among others in attendance is Norman Blake; if you listen carefully you can hear him reference the song 'The Old Cane Press' which he recorded with Bob Johnson and The Lonesome Travelers on the 'Twelve Shades of Bluegrass' LP in 1963!! Norman seems to adopt a rather low-key profile in this jam. --Mitchell Wittenberg
