I'm not a big fan of Bluegrass music, but getting a little culture never hurt me and I like the way the festival is set up around the community. If you play an instrument, areas are set up where you can jam with other musicians or learn the basics of playing Bluegrass music. They also have a program to provide instrument to kids who have a desire to learn to play at no cost to the family. There was a 200+ car show, a chili cook off, Arts and Craft booths, various community things and of course festival food. I recorded this from about 10-15 yards back and from the center of the stage. Texas & Tennessee came on stage before Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Bluegrass Band. They are the only other band I recorded at the festival. A lot of these songs were introduced as Flatt and Scruggs songs. I guessed at some song names so they might be incorrect. This is my master recording. All I did was track it and create a md5. Enjoy, Steve http://bluegrassheritage.org/
