NOTES:

During T07 Tim plays a little fiddle lick over and over again while
inserting joke after joke, wearing the cheapo-o cowboy hat he talks
about in T06.  Eventually, additional fiddlers wearing identical hats
join him on stage one by one until there are 6 or so fiddlers on 
stage.  Finally, all the fiddle players start walking around the stage
single file in a figure-8 pattern to finish the set.  Not sure who all
the additional fiddle players were.

Overall levels were a little low with a couple spikes way up near 0.
Compressed 4:1 above -9dB then boosted overall gain by ~7dB.
